But that’s about all this ultra-high tech offshore performance boat has in common with its predecessor.

The newly designed stiff, light-weight hull is built of high-tech composites to strict ISO Category A standards. The carbon fiber mast is tall and powerful. The deep, cast iron fin with a lead bulb keel provides significant stability without adding excess speed stealing drag. And nearly every aspect of the boat is customizable to your specific wants. Hardcore racers will be able to keep it light and as fast as any 41 footer out there. And hardcore racers who want a bit more accommodations comfort can have that too.

The Redline 41 design and construction team have accomplished the difficult task of combining straight-up speed with a superior level of seaworthiness that’s not often found on other racer cruisers. The Redline 41’s huge bulb makes her incredibly stable and an excellent upwind performer, and her narrow water line beam creates low drag translating into stellar performance in light airs. She is designed to be very competitive in IRC, and the efficient sail and deck configuration make her an excellent choice for shorthanded sailors too.

Racer and Cruiser

The design and build team at C&C Yachts welcomes the opportunity to work with clients to create a yacht that is unique to their requirements. From elegant shorthanded cruising to full performance racing, we have the technical capability and boat building skill to help you express your vision of the perfect boat.

Each Redline 41 Owner has various options to customize the boat to be either more racing or more cruising-oriented. A few notable options are a teak cockpit, a fixed sprit or a spinnaker pole, roller furling jib, cushion selection, and various AWL Grip colors. Features above and below deck are abundant. Below deck, there is a navigation table, settee berths in the main cabin, a double V-berth forward, and an enclosed head and shower. The galley is primed with a gimbaled propane stove with oven, dry goods storage, stainless steel sink, and a large hinged top icebox.

It’s just up to you. Keep it lean and mean for race mode. Or choose from an extensive list of options to make it as cruiser-comfortable as you would like.

The Redline 41 is an ideal boat for windward/leeward racetracks and distance racing/cruising, and will reward a good crew and driver. Halyards and the jib-lead controls are all led under the deck, with essential controls within easy reach from the rail. For the trimmers and the pitman, everything is ergonomically right, and the push-button hydraulic backstay system has controls right next to the mainsail trimmer’s position. Everything about the Redline 41 reflects a well thought out and efficient design.
